1. We cannot treat you if you have taken isotretinoin (Accutane) in the last 6 months.
2. We cannot treat pregnant women or women undergoing IVF.
3. We cannot treat the chest or underarms if you are breastfeeding.
4. We cannot treat you if you have any of the following: pacemaker or implantable cardioverter-defibrillator, metal implant or pin in the treatment area (IUD is fine), suspicious lesions, active skin infection, open lesion in the treatment area, hives, dermatitis, porphyria, epilepsy, bleeding disorder, heart condition/disease, history of stroke, Darier's disease, uncontrolled diabetes, Hepatitis B or C, HIV, AIDS, autoimmune disease such as lichen planus, lupus, scleroderma, or vitiligo
5. We cannot go over psoriasis or eczema flare ups.
6. We cannot go over keloid scars.
7. We cannot treat areas with herpes flare ups.
8. We cannot treat you without a doctor’s note if you have had cancer in the last 5 years.
9. We cannot treat you if you have taken photosensitive medications in the last 2 weeks, such as antibiotics. If you are unsure if your medication is photosensitive, please ask your doctor.
10. We cannot treat you if you are taking blood thinners.
11. Laser hair removal is ineffective on true white, grey, blonde, and red hair.
12. We cannot go over tattoos and permanent makeup, but we will go as close as possible to these areas.

Understand that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Pre-purchased packages at promotional pricing are non-refundable and non-transferable. All services provided at Admire Laser &  Aesthetics locations are non-refundable.  All purchases made in clinic or online including payment links and skincare products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Any additional treatments or touch-ups you require will be at an additional cost to the client.

Admire Laser &  Aesthetics locations reserve the right to refuse service to any individual deemed medically unfit, unqualified or otherwise. Admire Laser &  Aesthetics location have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, verbal or physical abuse of any kind including threats, foul language, demands, blackmail, disrespectful comments, accusations, degrading messages, or other forms of unacceptable behaviour. It is an expectation that all clients act in a mature, appropriate manner while demonstrating respect for staff and practitioners. Admire Laser &  Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel prepaid packages, services, appointments, etc. at any time, with or without refund and with or without notice, if clients refuse to abide by this policy. 

1. 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations, rescheduling, or to remove services from your appointments.
2. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late or we will do what we can in your remaining appointment time and you will still need to pay for all the services booked.
3. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment or consultation, your deposit will be forfeited.
4. We can laser your Brazilian on your period as long as you are okay with using a tampon. If you are not okay with using a tampon, book according to your menstrual cycle. If your cycle is irregular, only book when you are sure.
5. Three last minute cancellations/rescheduling means full pre-payment will be required to rebook and the full amount will be subject to our cancellation/rescheduling policy.
6. You must closely shave all treatment areas before your laser appointment (including the face, neck, & any thin hairs). Failure to shave before your appointment will result in a $5 - $20 shaving fee depending on the areas needing to be shaved. If you cannot reach your upper back or the back of your neck, we will shave these areas for you at no additional cost.
7. If you are under 18, you require a parent or legal guardian to fill out your paperwork. You must be at least 12 years old to receive treatment.
